During the school holidays, 17 Duke of Ed Sailors took to the waters of Moreton Bay for their four-day Adventurous Journey. Joined by wonderful OC Staff and South Passage volunteers, they learnt how to sail the 100ft gaff-rigged schooner, sailing between Peel Island and Cape Moreton.
Upon anchoring at Tangalooma and the Big Sandhills, the group enjoyed time on the beaches and jumping in for a swim, as well as watching turtles, dolphins, dugongs and whales swim around the ship. A big thank you to the volunteers who run South Passage and our OC Duke of Ed team for yet again another fantastic trip.
