Ormiston College has once again been crowned the Overall Winner of the Maths Team Challenge!
The competition, which was held on Thursday 13 July at Moreton Bay College, was fierce with many rival schools keen to beat OC’s fantastic record of wins. The competition was broken up into two parts; a team round and a relay round.
OC was proudly represented by two Junior teams (Year 7/8), two Intermediate teams (Year 9/10) and one Senior team (Year 10/12). Our Senior team came first overall gaining 90/100 in the team challenge and 92/100 in the relay round, our Intermediate teams came third with 110/150 in the team challenge and 91/100 in the relay round, and our Junior teams came first with 135/150 and 81/100 respectively.
