2,186,347 - That is how many children across Australia and New Zealand stopped at 11am on Wednesday 25 May to participate in National Simultaneous Storytime, exceeding the goal of "1 million kids reading".
This year's story is 'Family Tree' written by Josh Pyke and illustrated by Ronojoy Ghosh.
In preparation for the annual event held by the Australian Library and Information Association, students used Library lesson time and lunchtime activities to make their own OC family trees.
To celebrate NSS 2022, members of our OC family joined us on campus as special guest readers, to share the book with classes in Prep to Year 3.
