Ormiston College have once again clinched the title as the overall Champion School at the Maths Team Challenge for 2024. The competition, held on Friday 12 July at Moreton Bay College, saw our talented students rise to the occasion and defend their title with remarkable performances across all divisions.
The Junior Team 1 secured first place with an impressive score of 235 out of 250 points. Not to be outdone, the Intermediate Team 1 also emerged victorious in their division, amassing a total of 224 out of 250 points. The Senior Team 1 put up a great effort, finishing in a close second place, just two points shy of the winners.
At the end of the event, Ormiston College led the overall score by a significant margin of 76 points, ensuring a well-deserved victory. Congratulations to our incredible mathletes on their outstanding performance.
